You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can also ask our AI-assistent about the status of your order.

  • Status tracking not updating? It can take up to 24 hours for PostNL to perform the first scan.
  • Missing email? Please check your spam folder first.

Tip: Download the PostNL App — your package will automatically appear there if the email address matches.

PostNL will first attempt to deliver to your neighbours. If that isn't possible, they will take it to the nearest PostNL Point. You will receive a notification in your physical mailbox and a digital update in the PostNL App.

Packages are held at pickup points for 7 days only. If not collected, they are returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you:

  • Faster checkout on future orders.
  • Full order history and invoice access.
  • Easy return registration.
  • Early access to new collections and promotions.

  • Shipping is €6.95 for all orders under €50.
  • Free shipping on orders of €50 and above.
