You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Status not updating? It can take up to 24 hours for PostNL to perform the first scan.
  • Missing email? Please check your spam folder first.

Tip: Download the PostNL App — your package will automatically appear there if the email address matches.

  • Netherlands: Ordered before 23:59 → delivered the next business day (Monday–Saturday, no Sundays).

Belgium: 1–2 business days.

Unfortunately not. Once processing has started, you can try to redirect the parcel yourself via the PostNL App once you receive the tracking code. 

This happens more than you might think — and there's usually a simple explanation.

  • Check your mailbox for a "not home" notice from PostNL.
  • Ask your direct neighbours — PostNL may have left it with them.
  • Open the PostNL App; drivers sometimes upload a photo of the delivery location.

Still nothing after checking all of the above? Contact the customer service of PostNL.

Not during checkout, but once your tracking code is active, you can sometimes adjust the delivery window via the PostNL App.

PostNL will first attempt to deliver to your neighbours. If that isn't possible, they will take it to the nearest PostNL Point. You will receive a notification in your physical mailbox and a digital update in the PostNL App.

Packages are held at pickup points for 7 days only. If not collected, they are returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.

If your tracking shows that PostNL has received the package, but there is no movement, please contact PostNL.

If your tracking shows that PostNL has not received the package, contact our customer service after 72 hours. Often there is a delay at PostNL.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot merge it with a subsequent order. To save on shipping, we recommend collecting everything in one cart before checkout.
